look how we've grown,
from the specky geeky sec ones
to the now at least better looking than before us
still remember your old pok pok spectacle frame
(refer to the last picture)
that you wanted to change so much but your mom didn't want
i was viewing all your imagestation albums
and i came across some of these pictures
i've come to a realisation
you were the one whom was always beside me
throughout these four years
pardon me for being the emo person tonight
all cheesy and mushy, and d-uh cliche
and i got those flashbacks
typical i guess
of the times we used to share
walking past flmp as many times as possible
how silly of us yet extremely memorable
you having to wait for me almost all the time we go out
going to your house to play sims2
or just hang around in your ever big house
the singapore idol debate over taufik and sly
stalking the k-person in heeren
if you do remember and know who i'm talking about
i could have taken you for granted in these four years of friendship
but never once did i mean it
that i cross my heart
we might become distant
as our crossroads at st nicholas
unfortunately comes to an end
many things have happened in the recent years
and inevitably many things have changed too
some say people change,
but i know true emotions don't
i have so much things to say
but i do not know how to put them into words
maybe i'm not good at expressing myself
but i really want you to know
i've treated you as my bestest closest friend these two years
you were a true gem to me all these while
somehow you made me whole
now, would you promise me?
that you'll never forget me.
